Aiden San Antonio Riverwalk

I’m like pleasantly surprised!!! I almost stayed in the Comfort Suites for around the same size but soooo glad I swapped it up. Had an event at the Henry B Gonzalez and this is very walkable, even at night, the area seems very active and safe, very well lit. The hotel lobby smells nice, cute atmosphere and decor, and the staff is helpful. The rooms are so spacious and clean and the sheets are so comfortable!!! Need to mention it’s valet parking only and $30/night. But that being said with everything else it makes it worth it!!! Looking forward to staying here again.

Great hotel and service! Everyone was very sweet and welcoming. The room was clean and had everything needed to make the stay comfortable. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the Alamodome and close to the River Walk. The only downside was the lack of free parking for guests, with options being $30 valet or a nearby $5 per-entry lot that didn’t feel the safest. On the plus side, the hotel also has an attached café, bar, and speakeasy, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I could definitely see myself staying here again!

Perfect hotel and and contemporary style. The stuff is very helpful and kind as soon you get there and get greeted by the Valet Parking guys and the front desk employees. The lobby and the bar area are very welcoming and excellent to relax and enjoy a drink. The room was very spacious and clean. Everything feels new and very clean. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work guys and never change the great service.

We stayed here one night 11/18-11/19/25. We attended a soccer match at the Alamodome and the location was perfect, we walked a short distance to the match. The rooms were clean, hotel was very pretty inside. Staff was friendly, especially the Valet working these days! We will definitely keep this hotel in mind for future stays.

We had a great stay! Everything was exactly as stated and pictured, and the place was clean and modern. Our great experience started with the AWESOME valet, Avion—he stayed on top of everything, and our vehicle was always ready on time. He was very respectful and professional. The night-shift front desk associate during Thanksgiving break was also amazing—friendly, kind, professional, and always on top of whatever we needed. Vivian was another great front desk team member who answered all of our questions and made sure we were fully taken care of. The food and beverage manager, Rosann, definitely picked the right people for the bar and the Speakeasy—the food and drinks were excellent! Everyone we encountered was fantastic. No Vacancy is definitely worth visiting at the hotel. Grown folks environment. We loved every minute. The saxophonist was great. We also had the opportunity to meet the owner, and now I see why this place is run so well. He is an awesome and caring person—just a genuinely great guy. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

We were overwhelmingly happy with our stay; the valet's were incredibly friendly and helpful with our arrival, the front desk staff was super nice and inviting, even the cleaning staff had big smiles and made sure we had everything we needed. Our plans changed dramatically with a big ice storm blowing in and they were incredibly flexible with us and really made a big impression on us. Fun lobby, big fun unique rooms, walking distance to restaurants on the riverwalk, nothing but positive things to say. We will 100% be returning soon, easy 5-star review

Great hotel, staff was friendly and helpful. Handled any issues with grace. Rooms were nice and updated. Well run hotel and valet was excellent and it was most friendly valet experience I’ve had. Walking distance to Riverwalk. Would recommend.

Booked this place because of the vicinity of the Riverwalk. Great location and less than a 10 minute walk to the Riverwalk. I felt completely safe in the area. Beautiful hotel overall! This hotel has valet parking for $30 which is fine not ideal, but understandable. Only complaint I have is that our room didn’t seem to be cleaned as much as it should. There appeared to be some peanuts on the floor near the desk area, but other than that, everything was great! Also, the valet guys are super nice and they work very hard. Please tip them!
